Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio condoled the death of Advocate General of Arunachal Pradesh Nilay Dutta, who passed away on Sunday morning.

Dutta died of a massive heart attack in Karnataka’s Coorg on Sunday.

Extending condolences to the bereaved family, Rio, in a condolence message Dutta’s wife, said he was saddened by Dutta’s sudden demise.

He said Dutta was not only a successful senior advocate with an impeccable track record but was also a forerunner in sports administration.
