Meghalaya on Friday reported 1 more Covid19 death and 248 new positive cases in the last 24 hours.
With the new cases, Meghalaya’s Covid19 positive tally increased to 79,206 on Friday.
On Friday, Meghalaya reported 99 new recoveries.
With these recoveries, a total of 75,883 people have recovered from the deadly disease in the state so far.
The disease has claimed the lives of a total of 1,371 people in Meghalaya.
Meghalaya currently has a total of 1,952 active Covid19 cases.
The state on Thursday reported 3 Covid19 deaths and 229 positive cases.
Meghalaya’s Covid19 positive tally stood at 78,958 till Thursday.
According to NHM Meghalaya data shared on Thursday night, so far, a total of 14,43,403 people have been administered Covid19 vaccines in Meghalaya.
According to the NHM Meghalaya data, on Thursday, a total of 8,926 people received Covid19 vaccine doses.
Of the 8,926 people, who received Covid19 doses on Thursday, 7,354 were above 18 years and 1,178 were above 45 years.
On Thursday, 66 health care workers received Covid19 vaccine dose while 328 frontline workers received the vaccine doses.
