Guwahati: India’s medal tally at the Paris Olympics 2024 has increased to three, with Swapnil Kusale securing a bronze medal in the men’s 50m rifle 3 positions final.

This marks the country’s third bronze medal in shooting events.

Along with this, the Indian men’s hockey team is off to a strong start, leading Belgium 1-0 at the end of the second quarter in a group-stage match.

Indian athletes will be in action across various events.

Nikhat Zareen will face off in the women’s 50kg Round of 16 boxing bout at 2:30 PM, while an all-Indian badminton men’s singles match will see Lakshya Sen take on HS Prannoy.

Additionally, star badminton duo Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty will compete in their quarter-final match.
