President of the Eastern Nagaland People’s Organisation (ENPO) C Sashi Naga is no more.
C Sashi Naga was one of the most popular leaders in Eastern Nagaland.
Sashi Naga passed away at around 12:30am of Monday.
Sashi Naga passed away after suffering a heart attack at a hospital in Dimapur.
After being admitted to the hospital, Sashi Naga also tested positive for COVID-19.

Sashi Naga was on March 31 elected as the president of the ENPO.
Funeral of Sashi Naga would take place on Monday in Dimapur.
Meanwhile, the ENPO has announced a half-day mourning in the Eastern Nagaland areas.
ENPO is a political organisation that is demanding a separate State of Eastern Nagaland.
