The Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) on Friday declared the much-awaited results of the Class 12 examinations.

The MBSE in a notification issued recently said the results of Class 12 examinations would be declared at 12 pm.

The notification said due to Covid19 situation in the state, the results would not be displayed in the premises of the board’s office.

The results are now available on the board’s official website – www.mbse.edu.in.

The students also can get their results by contacting the respective officials either over the phone or sending message on WhatsApp.

The students also can obtain the results by sending SMS – MBSE12<space><Roll No> to 5676750.

The MBSE conducted the Class 12 examinations offline for various streams in April this year following strict COVID19 protocols.

A total of 11,849 students appeared in the examinations, according to the board controller of examinations, Lalrinmawia Ralte.

In 2020, the pass percentage in Class 12 examination in Mizoram was 78.52.

The MBSE declared the results of Class 10 examination in on May 3.

The state set a new record of the highest ever pass percentage of 82.43 since the Class 10 examinations were conducted by the board in 1978.
