The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) may conduct the practical exams 2021 of classes X and XII in January, reports cited.

There have also been reports of the CBSE postponing the class X and XII board exams.

Reports also stated that CBSE is making preparations to hold the board exams in March next year.

However, CBSE is yet to announce the exam dates of CBSE practical exams 2021 and CBSE board exams 2021.

Union education minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ had recently tweeted that a campaign will be launched to know the opinions of students, parents and teachers on how and in what manner do they want the exams to be conducted next year

“A campaign will be launched by the ministry of education to seek views from students, parents and teachers on how and when to conduct the exams next year”, tweeted the minister.

He had also asked the National Testing Agency (NTA) to review the present situation across different states and share a revised syllabus for 2021 JEE Main and NEET exams.

The NTA will finalize the revised syllabus only after a review of all central school education boards.

“NTA will come out with the syllabus for competitive exams after assessment of the existing scenario in various boards”, tweeted the minister.

Although the central board is likely to take a call on this soon, there are speculations of most schools conducting the practical exams in January.

Meanwhile, the CBSE has also released sample papers and marking schemes for the board exams.

Candidates can access these sample papers online by logging into the official website-bseacademic.in.
