In honour of former Prime Minister Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee, MyGov Assam puts forth a poetry competition for the people of Assam. MyGov Assam has invited poems dedicated to Atal Bihari Vajpayee in all languages used across Assam in two categories.
The first category will be open for school/college/university students, under which the three best pieces shall be awarded cash prizes of Rs 3000, Rs 2000, Rs 1000, respectively
The second category will be open for all, under which the three best pieces shall be awarded Rs 5000, Rs 3000, Rs 2000, respectively
All poems shall be compiled and published into an anthology. Entries must be sent through MyGov Assam portal till September 10.
Participants can send their poems written as a tribute to Atal Ji in any languages used across Assam. It is mandatory to mention the language used in the poems other than Assamese, Hindi & English. Participants can participate in one category only.
