EDCIL (India) Limited Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Indian TGT and PGT teacher trainers to train the teachers of schools in Sri Lanka in the following subjects: English, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. This is a contractual based requirement for tentatively 50 teacher trainers and the tenure of posting to Sri Lanka shall be for about 3 months (90 days) from the month of 1st July 2024 to 30th Sept 2024.

Eligibility Criteria :
- Proficiency in teaching in Tamil & English is mandatory.
- Master’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
- Bachelor’s of Education (B. Ed.) Degree from a recognized university (desirable).
- Minimum 5 years of full-time relevant teaching experience is mandatory in the subject concerned for 10th (TGT) and 12th (PGT) level.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in providing training to teachers covering subject
matter/ curriculum/pedagogy/instructional strategies/classroom management is desirable. The selected teacher trainers shall train the teachers of Sri Lanka in the respective subject matter, curriculum, pedagogy, instructional strategies, classroom management, educational
technologies, etc
Age Limit : Maximum age limit of 65 Years as on 5th March 2024 (date of publishing of advertisement)
