Manipur Social Welfare and Cooperation Minister, Nemcha Kipgen released the Bye-law of Hengjang Village and Inspirational Quotation books at a function held at Hengjang village of Leimakhong in Manipur on Wednesday.
Addressing the gathering as chief guest, Nemcha lauds the headman of this village for documenting and releasing the book on its bye-law and said that this will enhance in the efficient and proper administration of the village.
On this note, she mentioned that documenting any facts or information the exact process by which you want something to be done, it ensures efficiency, consistency, and productive results that can be served as a reference by future generations too.
Minister Nemcha also highlighted the various welfare schemes and programmes successfully implemented by the N BIren Singh Government and encouraged to avail all such schemes through concerned officials.
She assured required assistance from her end when need arises.
Chairman ADC Sadar Hills, Haokholal Hangshing, MDC, ADC Sadar Hills, Damma Vaiphei and Executive Member, ADC Tamenglong, Hatlhing Doungel, amongst others graced the occasion as guest of honour, functional president and special guest respectively.
