Tripura University is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Project Fellow in the UGC DAE CSR (Indoor Centre) funded research project entitled “Engineered Nanostructures for Solar Energy and Fuel” under Dr. Gobinda Gopal Khan (principal investigator), Department of Material Science and Engineering. The appointment Is initially on a purely temporary basis for one year (01). However, this can be extended for a maximum period of one year, subject to the availability of funds and satisfactory performance of the fellow. The fellow can enroll in the PhD programme while working on this project. From a humble beginning as the Post-Graduate Wing of Calcutta University, in 1976, to a state University in 1987 and eventually a Central University in 2007, Tripura University has traversed a long way in its pursuit of excellence as a Higher Education Institution in this tiny landlocked state of Tripura.

Essential Qualification :
ME/M. Tech. (not earlier than 3 years) with 1st Class in Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electronics, Energy, Nanotechnology or in the related areas from any recognized University or Institute.
MSc. (not earlier than 3 years) with a minimum of 55% marks in Materials Science, Electronics, Physics, Chemistry, Nanotechnology or related subjects
Fellowship: Rs. 14,000/- + HRA per month
