National Institute of Technology (NIT) Silchar Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Project Associate-II (PA-II) for the SERB- CRG sponsored project entitled “RIS-aided D2D communication for 5G and beyond networks” in 2024. The Institute altogether has the discretion to restrict the number of candidates to be shortlisted for the interview based on screening.

Essential Qualification :
B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech or equivalent qualification holder with first class in aggregate in ECE/ EE/ E&I, without GATE/NET
Candidates must have 2 years’ experience in R&D in Industrial/Academic institutions or Science and Technology organisations/Scientific activities and services.

Desirable Experience :
Experience in the field of Communication/Wireless Communication with knowledge in Python/ MATLAB/ SDR altogether.
Salary : INR 28,000/-+HRA (without GATE/NET)
