Mizoram reports 2 more Covid19 deaths, 307 new cases; positivity rate stands at 26.64%

Two more patients died of Covid19 infection in the last 24 years in Mizoram, taking the death toll to 356 on Monday.

On Monday, a total of 307 new positive cases were recorded in Mizoram.

The positivity rate stood at 26.64% on Monday.

While 4 cases were found positive during TrueNAT test and 303 cases were found positive during RAgT test.

With these cases, Mizoram has so far registered 106,136 positive cases so far.

Mizoram currently has a total of 14,295 active Covid19 cases.

Mizoram reported 965 recoveries on Monday.

According to the health bulletin released by the directorate of information & public relations, Mizoram, at 5 pm on Sunday, a total of 965 patients recovered in the last 24 hours.

Of the new recoveries, Aizawl district recorded 803, Mamit-60,  Lawngtlai-35, Champhai-32, Lunglei-23 and Hnahthial recorded 12 recoveries.

With the new recoveries, a total of 91,485 people have recovered from the deadly infection.

On Sunday, a total of 5 people died of Covid19 infection.

Mizoram reported 1,170 new Covid19 positive cases and the number of positive cases stood at 15,635.

The positivity rate of Mizoram stood at 18.91% on Sunday.
