The Northeast Frontier Railways (NFR) will operate one summer special train from Agartala to Bangalore Cant to cater to the its passengers.

The Agartala – Bangalore Cant summer special will run from July 6 to August 24, leaving Agartala on every Tuesday at 6:10 am to reach Bangalore Cant at 2:15 am on the third day.

The Bangalore Cant – Agartala summer special will operate from July 9 to August 27, leaving Bangalore Cant on Friday at 10:15 am to reach Agartala at 3 am on the fourth day.

Moreover, the NFR will also extend the services of two special trains running between Agartala – Secunderabad and New Jalpaiguri – Udaipur to clear the extra rush of passengers.

The Secunderabad – Agartala – Secunderabad weekly summer special has been extended for two more trips leaving Secunderabad on July 5 and 12 and leaving Agartala on July 7 and 16.

The Udaipur – New Jalpaiguri – Udaipur festival special has also been extended to operate from  June 26 to September 25, leaving Udaipur every Saturday and leaving New Jalpaiguri  from July 28 to September 27 on every Monday as per existing timings, stoppages and composition.
