North Garo Hills police has nabbed three criminals suspected to be involved in a spate of robbery cases.
Acting on a tip off, a team of police from Bajengdoba police station arrested Rajip Marak (25), Paul Marak (25), and Mansil A Sangma (18), who were allegedly involved in several incidents of robbery.
They were apprehended while moving on the highway, armed with sharp weapons. The trio are suspected to behind a few robberies and attempted robberies in and around Bajengdoba area.
A case has been filed against the accused and further investigation is on, said the SP of North Garo Hills, Abraham T Sangma.
