Flight operations will not resume in Tripura from Monday as all flights operating to and from Agartala airport stand cancelled.
V K Seth, director of Maharaja Bir Bikram (MBB) Airport, said all flights to and from the airport have been cancelled till 27 May.
Services were halted as all the flights are connected to Kolkata and the Kolkata airport is not available till May 27, in view of cyclone Amphan.
“Agartala airport is dependent on Kolkata airport and the Kolkata airport has suspended flight operations till May 27,” Seth said.
Domestic flight operations resumed across the country from Monday except in Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal.
