Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday greatly encouraged the Bhutanese students at the Royal University of Bhutan located in Thimphu, the capital city of the country.

Modi urged the students to find their ‘real calling’ and struggle hard with full passion and determination to fulfill their dreams.
“The world today offers more opportunities than ever before. You have the power and potential to do extra-ordinary things, which will impact generations to come. Find your real calling and pursue it with full passion,” Modi said.
Stating that, “there are young minds to overcome every challenge with innovative solutions”, Modi encouraged the students to solve their difficult challenges from the present day so that no limitations blocks their career paths.
He also said that when Bhutan will develop, Indians will also partner and learn from them.
“As Bhutan soars high in its endeavours, your 1.3 billion Indian friends will not just look on and cheer you with pride and happiness. They will partner you, share with you and learn from you,” Modi added.
Modi said that India is willing to cooperate with Bhutan for development of all sectors including space, digital payments, disaster management and education.
He cited the example of inauguration of the Thimphu Ground Station of the South Asia Satellite.
Modi expressed happiness that that young Bhutanese scientists will travel to India to work on designing and launching Bhutan’s own small satellite.
He encouraged the students of the university to become the future scientists, engineers and innovators of Bhutan.
Modi also state that many Indians had come to Bhutan as teachers in the 20th century.
Recalling about a Facebook post of the Bhutan prime minister in which he mentioned about Exam Warriors, a book written by Modi that advise youngsters how to face exams, the Indian prime minister said that post touched his heart.
Modi stated that the book has been written by him after being influenced by Lord Buddha.
“Can I tell you something? Much of what I wrote in Exam Warriors is influenced by the teachings of Lord Buddha, especially the importance of positivity, overcoming fear and living in oneness, be it with the present moment or with Mother Nature,” Modi added.
The prime minister also said that Bhutan has always been associated with Gross National Happiness in any corner of the world.
He also said that it is not a surprising fact as happiness was reflected in the faces of the children who gave him a rousing welcome to the country on Saturday.
Modi stated that India and Bhutan share common threads of deep spirituality, youthful vigour along with history and culture which had strengthen the cooperation between them.
The prime minister also visited the National Memorial Chhorten on Sunday.
