National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) cancelled its secondary and senior public examinations that it had previously postponed till July 17.
NIOS has instead come with a different marking system, informed an official.
The official informed that the students will now be assessed on the basis of their previous performance.
“Those who passed four subjects will get an average of marks obtained in best of three,” the official added.
“Students who passed two tests will get average of marks attained in best of two,” the official further added.
