Assam Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma is all set to present this year’s Budget during the Budget Session of the Assam Assembly on March 12, 2018.
According to sources, Finance Minister Sarma will present the paper-less digital Budget at the Assam Assembly which will commence from February 6, 2018. The Budget Session of the Assembly will continue till April.
According to media reports, Assam Governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi has summoned the Budget Session of the Assam Legislative Assembly to meet at 9:30 am on February 6, 2018 at the Assembly Chamber in Dispur.
