Applications are invited for recruitment of various teaching positions or career in Tezpur University Assam in 2024.
Tezpur University Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Guest Faculty in various departments of engineering in 2024. Tezpur University was established by an Act of Parliament in 1994. The objects of this Central University as envisaged in the statutes altogether are that it shall strive to offer employment oriented and interdisciplinary courses to meet the local and regional aspirations and the development needs of the state of Assam and also offer courses and promote research in areas which are of special and direct relevance to the region and in emerging areas in Science and Technology. Initially, the university also operated from the premises of the Darrang College, in Tezpur. For a while, it also operated from the Tezpur Law College premises. A few months later, the premises of the university was altogether shifted to the present permanent location.

Eligibility Criteria : As per UGC norms
Emoluments : Rs.1,500/- per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs.50,000/- per month. No other allowances will also be admissible.
Selection Procedure :
Walk-in-interviews will be held on 15th February 2024 and 16th February 2024 from 10 AM onwards in Tezpur University
