Four Shramik Special trains carrying migrant workers from various parts of the country have arrived at Dharmanagar until now.

The last Shramik special train arrived in Dharmanagar on May 18 carrying at least 592 passengers.

These people mostly belonged to North Tripura district, Unakoti district and Dhalai district of Tripura and they were sent to home quarantine after they went through the medical procedure.

Three migrant workers, however, decided to stay isolated at an Anganwadi centre and decided not to return to their homes.

The local people have arranged food and other essential for these three migrants.

The migrant workers also seem to happy in self-isolation.

The locals, appreciating them, have said that by self-isolation they are not only protecting their family members from possible infection but they are also protecting the entire society.

For their self-sacrifice gesture, the locals are happy to provide them with food and other essentials.
