Tripura: Journalist of a local channel tests positive for COVID-19

In Tripura, journalist of a local TV channel was found COVID-19 positive on Thursday.

In the past few months, the journalist has been working relentlessly in the fight against COVID-19.

The entire media fraternity of Tripura is praying for the speedy recovery of the journalist.

It may be mentioned here that in Tripura, at least 15 doctors have tested positive for COVID-19, apart from an equal number of nurses also testing positive for the infection.

Apart from them, a number of police personnel have also tested positive for COVID-19 in the state.

It may be mentioned here that a couple of days back, the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police of Sepahijala district also tested COVID-19 positive.
