Noted pediatrician of Tripura Dr C M Chhajer of Tripura Medical College was awarded with prestigious Shisu Shiromani Award- 2018 during the 25th East Zone Academy of Pediatrics Silver Jubilee function at Patna on Saturday last.
Health Minister of Bihar Mangal Pandey who was present in the programme as Chief Guest presented the award to Dr Chhajer.
The event was held at a hotel in Patna, the capital city of Bihar.
Dr Chhajer is one of the very popular associate professors at Tripura Medical College and Dr B R Ambedkar Memorial Teaching Hospital at Hapania in Agartala.
