Bilateral border trade between India and China from Nathula formally came to a close for this season on Thursday. A closing function was organized at Nathula on Friday to mark the occasion and was attended by officials from Commerce and Industries Department, Customs, ITBP, Immigration and Traders.


Deputy secretary of Commerce and Industries department Tsewang Doma Bhutia declared closure of the trade for this season. The trade will resume for the next season on May 1 next.
