The people of Bajali in Barpeta district of Assam are facing serious problems due to poor network of cellular company, Jio.

Call drops, no sufficient celullar network, slower internet, are some of the problems being faced by Jio users in Bajali area.

The speed of the Jio network is showing 5 kbps to 20 kbps during night time.

In some areas of Pathsala town like Titka, there is absolutely no network.

Mobile phones in these areas show no network, and its harrowing time for the customers when they frantically try to make calls.

The people have urged the authorities concerned to take necessary steps to repair the poor mobile towers and improve the mobile connectivity which has become an integral part of one’s life.

Customers are complaining that they buy recharges, net packs with heavy amount to use internet, but they didn’t get proper 4G service.

Now a days people are become a part of digital life, without internet it is difficult to access online transaction in some shops.
