Security forces in Nagaland have apprehended a suspected cadre of militant outfit NSCN (KY) in Dimapur.
Assam rifles in a joint operation with Nagaland police on Monday nabbed the militant with arms near Sixth Mile in Dimapur.
Based on specific input, security forces along with police launched an operation, resulting in the apprehension of the one-armed cadre.
One point 32 mm pistol with the magazine was found on him, said an Army official.
The apprehended cadre has been handed over to Chumukedima police station for further investigation, he said.
