Nagaland Governor PB Acharya has congratulated Swapneel Paul of Dimapur for securing 64th rank in the UPSC Civil Services (Mains) Exam 2017.
Swapneel’s achievement has made not only his parents proud but the state and the nation as well, the Governor said in his congratulatory message. Acharya hoped that he will contribute to the society positively in the years to come.
The Governor also extended his congratulates to Swapneel’s parents, teachers and friends without whose support and guidance the achievement would not have been possible.
