Mizoram has registered 3 new Covid19 cases in the last 24 hours, taking the state’s tally to 3,826.
According to the bulletin on Covid19, released by the directorate of information and public relations (DIPR) on Monday morning, out of the total Covid19 cases registered in Mizoram so far, 2,823 are male and 1,003 are female.
The new cases were detected during the Rapid Antigen Test.
As per the bulletin, no positive case was detected at Zoram Medical College on Sunday as the lab remained closed.
Mizoram currently has 381 active Covid19 cases.
While Aizawl has 177 Covid19 active cases, Lunglei has 21 cases and Siaha has 3 active cases.
The numbers of Covid19 active cases in other districts are Champhai – 12, Serchhip – 59, Lawngtlai – 84, Mamit – 6, Khawzawl – 5 and Saitual – 1.
The deadly disease has claimed the lives of 5 positive patients so far.
A total of 3,440 patients, who were earlier infected by Covid19, have been discharged in Mizoram so far.
