Troopers of Assam Rifles have seized smuggled items worth Rs 1.3 crores.
The illegal consignment of smuggled goods was seized at Champhai district in Mizoram.
The Assam Rifles troopers intercepted a truck bearing registration number MZ-04A-4497 and recovered the illegal consignment.
The consignment was intercepted and seized on Tuesday.
One person has also been arrested in connection with the seizure.
The recovered smuggled goods and the truck has been handed over to the Customs Department at Champhai district of Mizoram, informed Assam Rifles.
