The Governor of Nagaland and Meghalaya, R N Ravi called on Monday called on the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
Ravi had an audience with Modi at the latter’s residence in New Delhi.
Governor Ravi apprised the Prime Minister of the current issues concerning the Northeast in general and of Nagaland and Meghalaya in particular.
Prime Minister Modi assured the Governor of all possible assistance from the Central Government to both the States.
