Meghalaya reported 134 fresh COVID-19 cases and 260 recoveries during the last 24 hours, health officials said.
According to the Directorate of Health Services, one COVID-19 related death was also reported from the Ri-Bhoi district taking the total fatalities to 1,307.
The number of active cases in the state stands at 2,509 while the total recovered cases have reached 71,919.
So far, the total number of people vaccinated has gone up to 13, 24,165 out of which 10, 20,349 have received the first dose and 3, 03,816 have received both the doses, said an official.

Those who are vaccinated with double dose and others with a negative RTPCR report taken 72 hours prior to the visit will be allowed to visit the state.
