North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health & Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS) Shillong Meghalaya is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Project Technician Support II purely on temporary and contractual basis under Indian
Council of Medical Research funded project titled “The burden of hemoglobinopathies and iron overload in pregnant women of Tribal dominant states of India.” The post is purely contractual and the appointment will be initially for a period of 6 months, which will be renewed depending on the performance of the candidate and extension of the project from the funding agency.

Essential Qualification :
12th in Science + Diploma (MLT / DMLT) + 5 years experience in relevant field altogether
Desirable Qualification : BSc / MSc Biochemistry / Life Science
Experience :
Work experience in diagnostic Rs. laboratory / ELISA/ Immunoassay test/ Biochemical tests/ working experience also in research projects.
Knowledge of computer application /report preparation also
Salary : Rs. 21800/- per month

Candidates may appear for a walk-in-interview on 21st August 2024 in Clinical Teaching Room II, Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, NEIGRIHMS, Shillong. Reporting time is 9 AM
