Meghalaya State Rural Livelihoods Society (MSRLS) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Block Functional Specialists. The Government of Meghalaya has formed a state society in the name – Meghalaya State Rural Livelihoods Society (MSRLS). The society is registered under the Meghalaya Society Registration Act XII of 1983 and was designated as the Nodal Agency for implementing NRLM in the state. The basic purpose of forming this society is to put in place a dedicated and sensitive support structure from the State level down to the sub-district level which will focus on building strong and self-managed institution of the poor at different levels. This will altogether provide the poor a platform for collective action based on self-help and mutual cooperation, build linkages with mainstream financial institutions and Government departments to address the multi-faceted dimensions of rural poverty.

Eligibility Criteria :
- a. PG Degree/PG Diploma ín Science/Business Management – Finance/ Commerce from recognized
b. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Rural Development and Poverty Alleviation Programmes. or - a. Degree in any subject from recognized University/Institution
b. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Non Banking Financial Company (NRFC)/ Micro Finance
Institutions (MFI). - Within 30 years of age

Development (BFS-SISD)
No. of posts : 24
Eligibility Criteria :
- Post Graduate Degree in RD/RDAP/ Social Work/MBA from recognized University/Institution.
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in Rural Development Sector/ Projects, preferably in Rural
Development and Poverty Alleviation Programmes, Community Organization. - Within 30 years of age.
