Total COVID-19 active cases in Meghalaya rose to 215 after 76 more individuals tested positive for coronavirus on Saturday afternoon.
Chief Minister Conrad Sangma, in a tweet, said, “76 more individuals have tested positive for #COVID19 in Meghalaya. Total Active- 215, Total Recovered- 45.”

It may be mentioned here that a total of 94 new COVID-19 positive cases, including 70 BSF personnel, were detected in the state on Friday.
This was the single-day highest spike in the state so far.
