A car expedition from Imphal to Thailand was flagged off on Saturday to explore the Northeast and other neighbouring countries.
Interacting with media before the departure, founder of TerraQuest Expedition, Bharat, who will be leading the expedition said the purpose of the expedition is to use the Northeast as the gateway towards exploring other countries.
Form Imphal, they will be driving through Myanmar and then to Thailand.
They will be coming back from Thailand and return to Imphal next year.
Earlier they had undertaken several expeditions from Goa, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland and Imphal.
TeraQuest Expeditions founded in 2015, is a premium adventure travel company that offers self-drive holiday adventure.
