A six-nation Indo-ASEAN car rally, initiated by the government of India and the Arunachal Pradesh government, will be flagged off from Tawang on May 27.
The rally will pass through Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia, covering a total distance of 9000 km in 30 days, before culminating at Imphal, Manipur on June 20.
The event is supported by the external affairs ministry in a bid to foster India-ASEAN friendship under the Act East Policy.
