The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy to very rainfall in various parts of Northeast India till June 10.

According to the all India weather summary and forecast bulletin, released by the IMD, thunderstorm with lightning & gusty winds (speed reaching 30-40 kmph) is likely to hit isolated places over Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura on Sunday.

IMD has also predicted that “heavy to very heavy rainfall” is very likely to hit isolated places over Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya and heavy rainfall at isolated places over Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura on Sunday.

The IMD has predicted that on June 7, 2021, thunderstorm with lightning & gusty winds (speed reaching 30-40 kmph) is likely to hit isolated places over Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura.

IMD has also predicted that heavy rainfall is “very likely” to hit isolated places over Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura on Monday.

On June 8, heavy rainfall is “very likely” to hit isolated places very Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya, according to the IMD.

On June 9, heavy rainfall is likely to hit at isolated places over Sikkim, Assam & Meghalaya, as predicted by the IMD.

On June 10, the IMD has predicted that “heavy rainfall” is likely to hit isolated places over Assam & Meghalaya.
