Along with the rest of Sahara India Pariwar in India, Hojai unit of Sahara in Assam took out a candle light march on Tuesday evening in protest of barbaric attack on 49 CRPF personnel at Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir on February 14 last.
The candle light rally began from the Sahara India Hojai branch located at J K Kedia Road in Hojai and concluded at Netaji Corner.
Hundreds of workers of the Pariwar Hojai participated in the rally,holding placards that read, ‘We Will Be Forever Indebted To Your Highest Sacrifice For The Nation’.
At culminating point of Netaji Corner, the members shouted slogans ‘Pakistan Murdabad, Hindustan Zindabad, Vande Matram, Veer Shaheed – Amar Rahey’ and observed one minute silence to pay homage to the CRPF personnel who lost their lives for the nation.
Sector manager of Hojai branch, Nayan Goswami along with office in charge Dilip Dey, office in charge Gopesh Dutta, Umesh Thakur, Pramotosh Das, Raju Kejriwal, Pukraj Jain, Krish Bajaj, Prantosh Das, Samar Dey, Biswajit Debnath,Ramesh Mundra, Binay Kumar Gupta, Umesh Thakur, Phupendar Singh,Raj Gupta and many other members of the Sahara took part in the march.
