Sikkim BJP president on Sunday demanded opening of EPF office in the state. Addressing a gathering at ‘Sankalp Diwas’ in Singtam state BJP president DB Chohan said labourers engaged in private sectors in the state are facing difficulties as they have to go long way to Siliguri for EPF office.
Numerous labourers have been engaged in private companies and projects in Sikkim. The labourers, serving in the companies, are expected to go all the way to Siliguri for EPF office.
Chohan was presiding over a meet organised on the occasion of death anniversary of Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyay.
He urged the BJP workers to salute Deen Dayal Upadhyay and his sacrifice and the path shown by him.
