Unlock 6.0 will begin in India on Sunday with increasing outdoor activities apart from the Containment Zone.

According to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), the 5.0 guidelines issued last month would remain in force till 30 November.

With the ‘unlock’ process commencing in the country from June 1, activities of restaurants, cinema halls, gyms, malls, schools, swimming pools, religious places and metro rail services are permitted to be opened with guidelines, with strict standard operation.

From 1 November, buses will run at full capacity in Delhi and Western Railway will run additional local trains in Mumbai. Interstate bus services to and from Delhi are also likely to open from today.

Apart from these, Goa will open its casinos, Dudhwa Tiger Reserve in Uttar Pradesh will be open for tourists, Kaziranga National Park Elephant Safari in Assam and Vaishno Devi Temple in Jammu and Kashmir and will allow more pilgrims.

The Kaziranga National Park and Tiger Reserve was reopened to tourists on 21 October. But elephant safari, one of the biggest tourist attractions, was not restarted. It will start from Sunday.
