Seven more succumb to COVID-19 infection in Assam, death toll rises to 330

The COVID-19 death tally in Assam rose to 330 on Thursday as seven more patients succumb to the infection in the state.

The patients have been identified as Lakhan Gowala (55) and Late Nirmala Gogoi (43) of Dibrugarh, Romen Borthakur (54) of Sivasagar, Bimala Nanda Das (80) and Late Jugal Kishore Das (34) of Kamrup (M), Priyanath Das (58) of Barpeta and Kabita Barman (33) of Nalbari.

This was informed by state health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in a tweet.
