A 32-year-old man from Assam died while undergoing treatment at a hospital in Dimapur, police said on Monday.
The man identified as Budu Deori got admitted to Dimapur District Hospital on March 1.
His body was shifted to the hospital’s morgue on completion of all legal formalities.
Dimapur police requested claimant/relatives/friends of the deceased to contact officer-in-charge, East police station, Dimapur.
Another body of an unidentified non-Naga male, around 55 years, was recovered on Dimapur railway track towards Khatkati in Karbi Anglong district of Assam.
He was suspected to be hit by a moving train, the release said.
His body was shifted to Dimapur District Hospital for post mortem examination and identification.
