A minor girl in Assam’s Nagaon district has allegedly committed suicide after receiving rape threats.
This shocking incident has been reported from Dhing area in Assam’s Nagaon district.
The minor girl, an eight-standard student, took this extreme step after she reportedly received rape and death threats from one Nazmul Haque.
The minor girl was allegedly threatened by Haque after she turned down his love proposal.

The girl allegedly committed suicide by reportedly consuming poison.
She was first admitted to the Nagaon Civil Hospital, from where she was referred to the Gauhati Medical College Hospital (GMCH), where she breathed her last.
Meanwhile, the victim’s family has filed an FIR against the Nazmul Haque.
The police has begun an investigation into the allegations levelled by the victim’s family.
