A mild earthquake hit the Northeast including Guwahati city on Thursday evening.
The earthquake struck at 7. 41 pm and lasted for 10 seconds.
Sources said the earthquake was measured at 4.3 on the Richter magnitude scale.
There were no reports of any damage or loss of lives.
