Senior Congress leader and Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Sunday launched yet another scatting attack on the ruling BJP-led Assam Government.
Bhupesh Baghel has reportedly accused the BJP-led Assam Government of running syndicate raj and institutionalising corruption in various sectors.
Earlier also, Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel accused Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal of operating a syndicate in the State.
Baghel accused Sonowal of giving more attention to the syndicate rather than the Government.

Bhupesh Baghel, who is also the senior observer of the Congress for Assam polls, further slammed the BJP Government in Assam over host of other issues.
Baghel said that the BJP Government ‘failed’ to fulfil promises.
“The BJP had promised to seal the Bangladesh border, construct Expressways on both sides of Brahmaputra River and raise daily wages of tea garden workers but they failed to deliver.” Said Bhupesh Baghel.
Baghel further hit out at the BJP saying that the saffron party “does not have any development agenda”.
Baghel said, “BJP still confused if Sarabananda Sonowal is the state’s chief minister or it is Himanta Biswa Sarma.”

Bhupesh Baghel exuded confidence that the Congress will wrest power from the BJP and form the next Government in the State.
“The way things are going, we are confident that our party will get hundred plus seats in Assam,” the Chhattisgarh Chief Minister added.

Elections to the 126-member Assam Assembly will be held in three phases between March 27 and April 6.
47 seats are scheduled to go to polls in the first phase on March 27.
