GUWAHATI: In a disturbing incident, a young woman was discovered hanging inside the bathroom of her residence in Guwahati in Assam, prompting an investigation into her death.
The lifeless body of the woman, identified as Darshana Das, was found on Saturday (March 16), leading authorities to focus their attention on her boyfriend as a potential suspect.
According to sources, Darshana Das, who was studying in Bengaluru, was residing at her six-mile residence in Guwahati city of Assam at the time of the incident.
Officials confirmed that her body was found inside the bathroom, and they have detained her boyfriend for questioning in connection with the case.
