Assam SI exam paper leak case: Another accused lands in CID net

CID one Saturday arrested one  Abhijit Boro, a resident of Ghoramara Chariali in Guwahati, in connection with the SI (Unarmed Branch) examination question paper leak case.

Boro was arrested in connection to CID, PS Case No.21/2020 U/S 120(B)/409 IPC, R/W Sec. 66B I.T Act.

Police sources said that Boro was himself an examination candidate and had stayed in Hotel Bhargav Grand in the intervening night of  September 19 and 20.

Boro is a history-sheeter, who was also arrested in July this year in connection to the hijacking of a supari-laden truck and the subsequent murder of the driver and helper of the truck.
