Assam police with the help of Meghalaya police has arrested a woman drug paddler from Shillong.
A team of Guwahati police in association with and Meghalaya police arrested 33-year-old suspected drug paddler Dimsiannem.
Three mobile phones and a cash amount of Rs 35,600 were recovered from her possession.
Arrested Dimsiannem is a resident of East Khasi Hills in Meghalaya.
She was brought to Guwahati on Thursday from Shillong and is being interrogated at Bhangagarh police station.
Police arrested Dimsiannem based on information provided by another woman drug paddler who was arrested on August 26 with 8,500 Yaba tablets.
