State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB) of Assam Police has issued a recruitment notification for filling up 173 posts of Jail Warder in the Prison Department, Assam.
The applications will be available online from March 5 at SLRB website www.slprbassam.in.
Candidates (male) who are Class 10th or HSLC passed are eligible for the post and can submit an application for the posts.
Female candidates must have passed the Class VIII annual examination or an equivalent examination recognized by the government.
The last date of application is March 25, 2020.
Candidates should not be more than 38 years and not less than 18 years of age as on January 1, 2020.
Out of the 173 posts, 155 are for unreserved category, 5 each for OBC/MOBC and ST (P) and 8 posts are reserved for ST (H).
