The arrested person was identified as Laben Muchahary alias Lwithama.
He is the brother of M Borosha, a dreaded cadre of NDFB (S).
He was nabbed on the spot while indulging in extortion activities.
He was in possession with huge cash of both Indian and Bhutan currencies.
He is under police custody for further investigation and legal proceedings.
