Expenditure observer M Anand Kumar, IRS, paid a visit to the expenditure monitoring cell and held a meeting with assistant expenditure observer and other members of the expenditure monitoring team set up for the upcoming by-elections to 74-Rangapara LAC in Assam’s Sonitpur on Thursday.
He also visited the strong room set up at DRDA office campus, the counting halls to assess the preparation for the upcoming polls.
He also visited the media cell and the media monitoring cell set up at the office of the DIPRO and made necessary recommendations to the cell in-charge in this connection.
Expenditure observer M Anand Kumar later visited several areas under the Rangapara LAC and monitored the activities of the static surveillance teams, flying squad teams and video surveillance teams set up for the purpose.
